Hi Everyone,
Been playing around with the radius effector blackbox inside tp (http://www.andvfx.com/radius_effector/), and was wondering if anyone has been able to get octane materials to work with thinking particles? The model or particles will load to the viewport which is encouraging, but once I try to use an octane material everything disappears. Of course you can export the simulation and convert it to a poly which works fine, but is a bit restrictive if you want to make any changes to the particles. I'm still fairly novice with tp so perhaps there is a different node tree which will read octane? (around 1:38 is where he demonstrates changing materials which is where I lose the particles if I try to apply anything octane: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IXusTTu ... e=youtu.be)
Thanks for any help!

The only way I found so far to use Thinking Particles with Octane is to activate the mode "group as objects" in TP.
Then, you can assign the material to each group by selecting them in the viewport like standard objects.
There is some bug with the motion blur.
Hope it helps.
