Set the aperture to the lowest value (in camera settings). That will remove Depth of Field.

yes I'm doing as you said, but the personal is not clear as to render Poser, and it bothers me. I use HDR Light Studio with my scene, but I do not know if the sharpness of lumiéres can come? I also sharpness in octane, should I set something in Ask at the camera?
Can you post a screenshot of the render pls so we can see what it looks like?

That render looks clear to me. I'm sorry - I don't understand the issue you are having.

Can you post a Poser render in comparison? Also- you can sharpen renders by reducing the Kernel->Filter Size.

To add to the above, there won't be a lot of eye detail on a 2k wide render with the subject so small.
