PMC rendering not working

Hi guys
i just bought octane after spent some days with the demo, and on the demo PMC rendering wasnt working, it staid with the window "rendering" and maya just froze, i thought it was some bug of the demo version, but the same issue continues, any ideas what it could be? btw im using a gygabite 980gtx

Are you rendering or doing an IPR? Two different things.

What version of maya are you using and which version of the plugin are you using?

i tried both, ipr and rendering
im using maya 2015 and the 2.11 version of the plugin, i cant even take a screenshot to show, it just freeze and dont even use the gpu
