Motionblur on animated UV's?

i suppose that's not possible. It just supports motion blur for vertex animations.

You could switch over to physical render for that surface alone and render it out with an alpha and composite later. Or maybe you can render with Octane's motion-blur off and using C4D's own Sub-frame motion blur Post effect? Not tried not it myself, but it might work.
