Hi Octaners,
I would gladly introduce you to the first shop with 3d models of seating furniture based on scanned data.
Models are prepared for 3ds max and octane render at this time.
Individual models contain all the textures that you can see on the renders.
On request, we can also supply orbx. format for the standalone version or C4D format+octane render. If you have some question or request, contact us on facebook page as well. https://www.facebook.com/allcity3dmodels
Here is free model Cattelan Isabel to test http://www.allcity3dmodels.com/en/ke-stazeni/
Happy rendering
All the best Jan
EDIT: Free model is uploaded with orbx. format now, co you can open it with all textures and materials in Octane standalone.
EDIT2: Free model is uploaded with max., c4d., ocs. file now.
Allcity 3d models + free 3d model

Congratz with the shop. The pics are loking superb!
It would be awsome if there would be OBJ files (with mtl and textured)
Do you think that might be the case in future
greetz,
edited: ooh, they are avbailable! Super!!!
Do the OBJ's come with MTL and textures?
edited2:
I tried the free model and it looks like the OBj has only one material node.
It supposed to have more nodes and automatically load the textures, right?
the mtl has this:
newmtl wire_028089177
Ns 32
d 1
Tr 0
Tf 1 1 1
illum 2
Ka 0.1098 0.3490 0.6941
Kd 0.1098 0.3490 0.6941
Ks 0.3500 0.3500 0.3500
So, no textures assigned to it.
It would be great if you could provide OBJ's textured with mtl files

Hi Rappet,
thank you for congrats. Maybe I´m wrong, but obj. with mtl. providing only texture coordinates, not material library. Tommorrow I will upload new zip. file with orbx. format, that make possible open it in octane standalone with all textures and materials.
I will let you know here, or follow facebook page please. https://www.facebook.com/allcity3dmodels

Tomorrow I will show you other OBJ that can be opened with mtl that has info about texture maps,
and I will show you how it looks like opened in Octane.
I am curious about the orbx... That might give more insight.

Hi Jan,
Hte orbx looks ine, but that is with abc file with mulit materila nodes.
The OBJ itself does only have one material, and therefsor is unusable.
Or I am missing something here.
The example shows an OBJ with more materials and mtl that assigns texture.
