Can Otoy sell us premium procedural materials?

Otoy said in version 3 we will see ice texture, stone etc. and it is all going to be procedural not bitmap.

Can Otoy employees or let professional SDK users design procedural materials for octane like asphalt, wood, concrete, etc and sell them.
I believe a lot of users would buy them.

Free material library is nice but a lot of stuff like wood, diamond metal etc is just image based stuff
