Hello, I use the LW plugin.

I am building a scene with a bunch of TV / LCD screens. I map the image as required on each screen. Now i need it to look as it is turned on / luminant. I n normal Lightwave, all i have to do is add luminace to the surface, to taste, that is all to it.

In octane Nodal mode.....

I have tried using Texture emitor, luminance, etc.... nothing seems to do what i expect. ( TV look )
Texture emitor just adds white, and if overpowered, glows into white.... BUT NOT THE IMAGE that is mapped to it.
So it fades the white with the bitmap, not good.

Connecting something to the Surface luminance input does not work at all either....

Thanks in advance...

Are you sure your UV mapping is correct? Check the position/scale of the coordinates, or if it even has them at all.

Have you tried connecting your image to the Efficiency Pin of the Texture Emission Node?
