Saving as JPG would be nice feature

Save render as a compressed JPG would be a nice feature.
I know this format is less quality then the PNG,
but most of the times they are good enough and less bytes for communication with third parties.
That will save a lot of time doing all the conversions.

Will it be possible in future?
