TEXTURE MISSING IN 3DS MAX PLUGING

Hello,
I have a problem when I try to use a material from Octane LiveDB. When I export it to the material editor, the textures don´t appear and they are not download in the folder I have set in the settings. Is there anything I am doing wrong?
