2D render image meta information

Hello Guys,

I have to find out the position of objects in the rendered 2D Image.
Have you guys a practicable Solution for my Problem?

My first approach was to color the Objects specifically, but it is very difficult and therefore I search for another Solution.

I hope you guys can help me, plz =)

Hi, I'm not exactly sure what meta information you are after but have you seen the info channels kernel? This has various render modes like position, depth, material ID, wireframe etc.
