purchased 2nd license, need help setting up network render

got it connected. but shows net/slaves 1/0 6/0 says they aren't updating. could this be slow connection causing it?

it was a pretty large scene, wasn't until after setting it up to render more than one frame I realized it is uploading everything to the GPU's, by the second frame all of my other GPU's kicked in..
