Would Octane has the same performance in the same system booting win and osx? Has the plugin the same features?

yes. running 2titans on my Mac and 2 titans on my PC yields the same results in performance.

Just an idea for future: build a "hackintosh" & live headache free life with possibility to boot any systems in case some issues with development would come or simply apple being apple..=) just an idea.
Well, a Mac is a dual boot system if you want it to be. I have Windows on all my Mac's, but rarely use it on those because of the monster PC's I have.
All i can confirm is running two Titans on my Mac's renders at the same speed as activating only two Titans on my PC's.
