Last thing how can I make a pass with an alpha channel this setting is not present in the pass menu or I miss something ?

Nice, there is no any parameter to control alpha. I suppors that shouldn't be a problem.

But how can I make a render with a beauty pass and an mat_id in a same file
In your video, you check all the settings for the beauty pass but I want that all in a same layer
