What's the problem?

A problem with the scene scale, I think. Check the scene scale and/or tweak the "Ray Epsilon" parameter in the kernel node. Octane works in single precision floating math, so too big or too small scenes can be rendered with this artifacts.

In big scenes you should use a bigger ray epsilon, but it is better to try values for each scene until you don't get artifacts.alexos wrote:Ah, that's very interesting, Juanjo, I've stumbled into this problem as well. Is there a rule of thumb for tweaking ray epsilon? As in, big scale scene increase epsilon or something?
