Where is My Activation Info?

OK. So I updated my Octane for Poser 1.5 to the most current stable version and NOW it wants me to activate the new one even though I was already using the old one. I tried using the activation info from my original purchase and it will not work.
Where can I get the needed key codes and such?

on top of OTOY's website in top right conner You'll find login =) get there, look through some tabs & You'll find You number & password, if You've purchased those =)

I see an "account" tab - guess because I am already logged in - but no numbers - not even in my account. I have only the activation info for my original purchase of version 1.0

In my account, both the stand alone and the Poser version of Octane are listed as activated. Should I deactivate in order to active version 2.06?

Yeah, If You changer computers than that's a must =) first deactivate & then You can reactivate =)

Nope. Not changing computers.

I tried it and it did NOT work. I was able to deactivate both the stand alone and the Poser version but I STILL cannot activate this new version.

just a questions 1.5 based on OctaneRender v1 ? (I'm really not familiar with naming on poser plug =)

Yup. I tried using the info for version 1.x stand alone to active the 2.6 stand alone and it tells me that is not valid for version 2.6.
I hope SOMEONE out there can help me find my activation information for version 2.6 because at this point Octane is now useless to me.

You need to upgrade your license' to version 2.x if you want to use the new features in version 2.x. If your account says you only have license for version 1.x then you can only use it for that version.
You can't activate a version 2.x with a 1.x license.
