Hi, I decided to finish an old work I started around 5 years ago, to test out Octane Render in the product visualization field.
Direct Lighting - Diffuse - 3 bounces.
Regards,
Max :)

nice, I have the very same fender, with that sunburst color scheme on the body, classic.. but the neck and head part are usually not the same wood, mine has dark brown wood on the neck (OK, it doesn't mean all have it)
- nice model, wanted to model it out myself never got around it though

Curious, why those who play like to model their instruments? I mean it's not the first time I see this =)
Guess that's some sort of connection..You know =p

Again, Nice work!

- because you need to train and practice your creative skills :) - 3d, playing music, whatever.. it's fun and makes your brain tingle, and it's right there (I did make an acoustic guitar after the one that was near me)

- also I made a guitar stand design, and now I'm thinking I need the guitar and the amplifier (which is 95% modeled, fender hot rod amp).. and also there are drums - to finish off the whole scene .. so I did nothing instead :) - need more of this kind of renders to make me want to actually finish it all off
