Can't Activate Octane

Hello,

i just bought Octane Render for C4D but i cannot activate it
I've installed OctaneRender_2_06_win64.exe and then copy and paste Octane-for-C4D-2.11.1-RC1-win into Plugins directory.

Then i've opened C4D, activate my account via settings box, restart C4D and here comes the problem - Octane Render ask me to activate Octane Render everytime i've restart C4D... Where is the problem? I'm little dissapointed.

have you directly copied all files?
there is all version of plugin for R12-R16. You should remove except your version

EDIT: also use Standalone 2.11.1 for plugin 2.11.1

Sorry it's solved - should read readme file before posting something here.

Also i have Octane Object Tag added on my model and checked "Check Materials" but i must restart my scene everytime i make new change..

I see that v06 standalone was installation file but 2.11 dont ask me for installate (i just opened the file and activate standalone - this folder can be placed anywhere if doesnt have installation file)? This standalone is just for viewing materials and scenes or for what do i need them?

note - update download section because users must browse forum for newest versions.

we don't update download without approve the stability. Newest versions are mostly development versions.
