Octane for Maya 2015 on linux

Is there a timeline when octane for maya 2015 for linux will be available? We switched to maya 2015 these days and only stay on 2014 because of octane is not available for the newest version.

Perhaps I should post something similar on Autodesk support forums: "Please, Autodesk, when the Maya 2015 will be available to I could release the 2015 version for Linux? Please please please..." :roll:

Okay i got it.
So we will have to wait here on the linux machines until almighty autodesk release the 2015 version.

Im not sure if you need some special SDK version but maya 2015 for linux is generally available http://download.autodesk.com/us/support ... _Linux.tgz

Hopefully that helps to recompile the linux plugin for maya 2015 so i could switch over to 2015 completely.
