Details on my issue:
Software: Octane Render 2.06 Standalone (x64)
Octane Render for Blender 2.06 - 6.0 (x64)
Blender Octane Edition - 6.0 (2.71.5) (x64)
Problem: Start Octane Server, open up Blender Octane and use default scene (the cube and point light). Changing nothing, I simply select Viewport Shading as rendered and behold the grey cube floating in a blue sky + sun with white below horizon. Console displays "Octane: WARNING: only node-materials are supported" and "Octane: WARNING: only node-textures are supported". If I change the view point, the rendered view still works but if I select the Camera view (Numpad 0), the preview goes all black. If I try to render the scene, the render preview is also black.
Initially thinking that this is due to the unsupported Blender material, I delete the Lamp object (since this is a Blender Lamp), I unlink the default material since it is a Blender Material, and go into the Node editor. In the node editor, I delete "Material" and create a new basic material using a Material Output node and an Octane Diffuse Material node (deleting the Diffuse BSDF that Blender adds when creating a new material). Using the Octane environment defaults (Daylight etc.), the console continues to display "Octane: WARNING: only node-materials are supported" and "Octane: WARNING: only node-textures are supported" <-- this is confusing since the scene now only contains a cube with what I believe to be an "Octane" material, the Camera and the World. Once again the camera view and final rendering both produce a black screen.
The top of the 3D View also displays "No net GPUs" in the stats reported which is strange since I am able to, and have selected, CUDA + GeForce GTX Titan as the Compute Device in the User Preferences.
Computer Specs are:
Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit
i7-3770K
16 GB RAM
GTX Titan (344.11 Driver)
I am very confused by the fact that the Rendered preview works but that the camera view and actual rendering do not. Any ideas on what I could be doing wrong are appreciated.

That did it!
Many thanks, off to render some scenes now...
