I am starting to get confused here. But it feels like sometimes something like the specular amount in modo works on a scale of 0 - 100% like it would with modo, then make the conversion when I launch octane. But than other times, it will have to be on a scale of 0-1% in modo then convert properly in octane. Hope that makes sense. But it seems to be different for something like roughness in modo, it will always be on a scale of 0 - 100%. I can't figure out exactly if this happens once I add my first octane override or something. But can you use both, convert some where as use the over ride for others? Or does that then mess up the scale of the percentages?
Thanks

Hi - wonder if there are some typo's in your question? " it feels like sometimes something like the specular amount in modo works on a scale of 0 - 100% like it would with modo" is not making a lot of sense.
Perhaps some screenshots showing the Modo and Octane materials and the rendered results would help explain your question.
