New CUDA is out : 3.2 RC2

That's just the release candidate 2 version (think beta), not the final version, sorry to disappoint. ;)

It doesn't matter, anyway, until Octane is built with it.

So people should refrain from massively updating to new CUDA, and stick to the version that currently works for them.

Yes, it will, thats why it takes so long to come out...
