ERROR:could not connect to server

I just installed a new main drive in my mac pro and installed mavericks and all that. Then I went to install octane in my C4D and it keeps erring out saying "ERROR:could not connect to server". The standalone connects fine though. Any ideas or thoughts?
16 core Mac Pro. 32GB. 2 x GTX 690. C4D.

Nevermind. Somehow Cinema got on my TCPBlock list. I took it off and BOOM! connected.
