Rhino environment settings

I have not been able to find the Rhino sun settings (location, month, day and time) in the latest build.
How do I get there? I had it working a while back.
The Octane settings work fine for setting shade and intensity but I also like using specific dates and time for sun and shade studies.

Rhino Sun Panel, tick ON, tick Manual control. Then move the sun via the Sun Position controls.

I was looking for it in the Environment panel. I simply missed the Sun panel key and it is just below it. Duh.
