Hello,
I'm using R13 64-bit on a Quadro 5000 (drivers updated), but it seems that my renders are pitch black. Materials are not displaying properly, I even installed the stand-alone version and tried the demo content. Still nothing.
Any help would be great!

what do you see in settings->devices? Any gpu name? You may have unsupported device.

It doesn't display any devices. That's a shame. Isn't the Quadro 5000 a supported card?
It should work. It has a compute capability of 2.0 which means it should run all octane versions fine.MarkDLimerick wrote:It doesn't display any devices. That's a shame. Isn't the Quadro 5000 a supported card?
Are you on Windows or Mac?
For windows: What is your driver version exactly?
For Mac: Try installing the latest CUDA drivers (http://www.nvidia.com/object/mac-driver-archive.html)

Hooray it works, thanks guys.
I was told the drivers were already updated on this machine. Checked the driver version, very out of date. Updated it, all good now.
Awesome product so far.
