This is nice work. Could you do a comparison shot with the GI Clamp tool including information like render time, samples etc.

there are arealights around, that's ok
BUT, if you put emission object into a spec. object then you would have long render time to clean noises
With GI Clamp; except all regions that has the light of the hanging lamp were already clean in short time, and GI clamp worked well for cleaning noises which is caused by hanging lamp

ok, but a couple of questions about this.

1. What was the render time for this?
2. How much longer (approx) would it take without GI Clamp tool to get similar result?

it was clear enough after half hour with 780+660ti (around 750 samples I think), but I let it keep rendering for longer to get better image, maybe twice
but you wouldn't get such clear in half I think

this was test to see what if one big light in some dark place
(it's not 4 wall room, kind of studio, just like you would get better images at the studio than real places in real life too)
