According to the manual I need to group my material, right click and under the save options select "Live DB". The problem is, I do not see any option for saving to Live DB, only the Local DB and .orbx package.
I'm internet connected and I can download files from the Live DB, so it's not a connection issue. I'm on v2.03
Thanks!
How do I upload a material to Live DB?

Sorry to bump this guys. Am i just doing this wrong or is it a feature that's currently broken in 2.03? Seems like it should be straight forward but I can't figure it out. Thx.

tap tap tap. can somebody from octane chime in on this?
Hi, sorry for the late response.
Your group needs a material output.
Once you have grouped the material, double click to go into the group.
Add a material output pin and connect your material to this. When you go back to the main scene graph, you should see that your group now has a material output that can be used.
Right click the group now, and you should be able to save it to the live DB.

so, i have one last hurdle. I finally was able to get the live DB export option, although when I try to actually export, it just says "failed to store package to liveDB" any clue what that's about?
