1. Is there anyway of sing standard lightwave fog with octane renderer?
2. How do I exclude an object from radiosity, receive/cast shadow and reflections? are there any switches to turn off these settings like standard lightwave object properties panel?

Nope, an effect like Lightwave fog is not available in Octane yet. You can use Octane volumetrics, or better and faster, make a pass with the depth buffer and add the fog in post.

Octane currently only supports the next object properties: Object Dissolve and Distance Dissolve, Unseen by Camera and Cast Shadow. It is not possible exclude objects from radiosity or from reflections yet.
