Gidday Bazuka
Want to check my work flow. I am creating something in maya Loading the plugin and naming the file and adjusting all the settings as appropriate
Octane launches and I change various materials to emissive and save the file.

Go back to the plugin interface and choose the animation export command with appropriate dir to save the files etc.

Octane loads but none of the emissive qualities or material changes including smoothing are set.

I do not mind doing a command line render if needed but have not had troubles with this working in past.

(I reinstalled the drivers for my cards and that seemed to help the launching issue i mentioned earlier

Thanks

Peter

Reinstalled card drivers and that seemed to help.

Not sure why as it does not answer why launching from the octane interface directly worked..... but not complaining.

Thanks Bazuka. Thats a Bummer. Do you think its something you can work around with the plugin or de we have to wait for the next release of Octane?

Just wondering if I should instal an older version of Octane... go back to 2.3?
