How can I export a scene to Standalone scaling the scene to decameters while using scatter objects in the same scene?

Zay, you will need to do the conversion in Poser - via the plugin "Poser to Octane Scale Factor", since one the geometry is wrapped into the OCS/ORBX I don't think you can change the units.

I did that, but didn't know I also had to generate new scatter files after that. But now I know, thanks :)

Ah yes, the scatter CSV files will not scale, so that would be a problem. You could either re-generate them, or you could import the csv into Excel, scale the transformation part of the transform (the 4th, 8th and 12th number on each line) and then export back out to csv to be loaded into Octane Standalone.
