When using alpha channel, and keep environment, the background just goes black. So it seems "keep environment" doesnt work in the preview window at least (saved downed images do contain the background).

Have found a problem if more than one mesh is unhidden for rendering.
Try to fix it.

It was an other error than unhiding meshes, but also solved.
Wait for the next RC which i will update soon.

Hi, face!
When I change the settings in Octane_Imager render starts again, but in standalone change settings without rerendering.

Correct, when you change an output or an environment shader in Softimage, all material shaders becomes a dirty flag.
This means, the imager itself isn´t the trigger for a rerender, the material shaders are the trigger.
It´s also a bad evaluation programming inside Softimage.
The only way is to check each shader parameter by hand, that is what i do for the envirinment shaders.
But it is slower by around 25%. If you can live with it, i will implement it...

Thanks, I understand the problem.
Maybe in octane render settings make switcher - work with checking shaders and without it, as slower by around 25% is not a good.

Only the shader checking is lowered by 25%, so much i know.
Will make a test to check if i remember right.
It also depends how much parameters the shaders has...

The most time is spend to export and evaluate the meshes, so i think you wouldn´t notice it.
I can also make a test build...
