As the title says. Will ORBX.js be able to perform on low-end ARM devices like the Raspberry Pi?
What are the targeted minimum hardware and software requirements?
Will ORBX.js run on low-end devices like the Raspberr Pi?
The decoder is constrained mostly by the WebGL implementation on top of the underlying GPU, and will run as long as WebGL is implemented correctly, both on the driver and the browser level . We're working with Mozilla and other partners to validate mobile devices for orbx.js, and the PI is on that list. With newer OpenGL ES3 devices, nearly all decoding can be handled by the GPU, and you can expect excellent performance on top of WebGL2 once we've updated orbx.js for it.

Hello,
Please excuse me if this question has already been answered. I searched around and could not find it...
Any time frame on when ORBX.js will be released as opensource? Otoy stated that ORBX.js would be released as opensource about 2 years ago. Is open sourcing ORBX.js still the plan or has that changed?
