Hi all,
this is some first shots of an orange juice bottle I am working on for an advertising job. I am quite happy with this look but wanted to get some feedback if there is something I could do better.
It is rendered with PMC 16, 5000 samples. Still a bit noisy, but the final renders should get clean with higher sample rates.
Looking forward to your comments.
Ron

the composition is good, but juice colors ar odd, here are some examples that you can try to use to tweak your colors.
and maybe get rid of the blue in the background.

Thank you - yes - compared with those images my color looks odd indeed. Will try to bring in more freshness - and some SSS like in the spill image.lixai wrote:the composition is good, but juice colors ar odd, here are some examples that you can try to use to tweak your colors.

Agree with lixai, the juice looks like Kiwi's juice more than orange's juice.

Won't fix the colour but have you played with gamma & transparency?Ron wrote:Another try - the color is getting better but the SSS is not working out - cant't find the right values in the material

I think you need to scale the scattering up big time. Give it a value like 1000 or even 2000.
