OK, here is one first shot of this unfinished interior scene. I think this one will get some kind of atelier. There´s a lack of details in architecture and furniture, but i like this picture somehow. Until now the scene is only lit by an HDRI. I am looking forward to develop this CG-space...

Neat! I like the floral pattern above the windows, was that modelled in? And mind sharing how you did it? Or is it just a texture?

@p3taoctane: Thanks

@Robsteady: "extremetextures" is where this beautiful floor comes from

@RealityFox: I act more as componist than as a modeler this time. ;)

I am combining several free and commercial 3Dmodels in this scene. My actual goal is to learn more about the octane renderer to achieve some photorealistic look someday. So i play with the light- and camerasettings, the materialchannels and model just what i have to...

So the main room is modeled by me, the free stucco is just remodeled to fit in this scene. The curtainmodels are free, the curtain guide is custum. The lamp and the multiple sockets are free, but i custumized them, to get them plugged together this way...

As i said: it´s more about octane and less about modelling this time. But you got me thinking about modeling the stucco by myself... :roll: Perhaps i should give it a try. Than i would share. I guess that would be a nice usecase for a displacementmap someday...

Here´s a second picture... still WIP! Need a lot more details. Again 2500 samples. Needs about 5000 or a bit more hotpixelremoveal. This is too much noise for photoshop... 1500*1500, 1h 25 min. ~2,8 million tris.

Nice. It tells a story. Of a beginning or an end. Or both.

Really nice. Maybe the lamp should stand by the chair so it could be used be the invisible resident :-)

Thank you for your comments!

@ Seekerfinder: Noone knows... I vote for "a beginning" ;)
@ jorgensen: Maybe I move the lamp later. I am not sure where this is going in detail...

Here is a shot into the other direction.
