We have some sequences rendered out in Octane and brought into After Effects. For our exterior shots, the alpha works great. But when we bring in the interiors, the windows show black instead of transparent. The transparency works in photoshop and even in After Effects when we import a single image, but if we do it as a sequence, it doesnt work.

Has anyone else had this problem?

Hey pal - I haven't been in AE for a couple months and I was just getting ready to shut down.. but I think you may need to to right-click on sequence and go to Interpret Footage > Main, then set the alpha and matte junk there....

Its weird, its greyed out for this sequence. the exterior one has it, but the interior (through the windows) doesnt even give us options
