I've made a Genesis character preset. I want to add a few of this character preset to a scene. When I load one character OR loads the materials correctly. When I load a another one of this character preset the materials are unallocated and the second character has no skins. In the OR material window only one version of Genesis with allocated materials is available. There are unallocated materials but no second Genesis figure to allocate them to. Why does this happen and how can I solve it?
I have not yet upgraded to the recently released version of OR plugin because I'm still working on some OR scenes and don't want to risk causing any conflicts until I've finished these scenes. So my question is not related to the new release of the OR plugin which I won't be updating to yet.
How Do I Use Two or More Genesis?

I just tried this and now OR plugin has both Genesis characters and their materials as normal in the viewport. Just to clarify: open your .duf preset in notepad (it will look like a confusing mess of information but don't worry), do a search to find each "OctaneRender_data" entry and add "_bak" to it as instructed.shadowgenic wrote:This probrem caused by redundancies of "ouid".
If you save material presets or character presets or scene subsets, .duf file includes "ouid" data.
How to fix
1. Save your presets without "Compress File(s)".
2. Open file with notepad.exe or other text editor.
3. Search section "name" : "OctaneRender_data"
4. Delete or rename all of them.
Easily way is to replace all "OctaneRender_data" to "OctaneRender_data_bak"
