Hi to everyone, I would like to know how can I place in a page two different texts for back and front page in a 3d book.

Unfortunately, octane doesn't support double sided materials so you will need to make the page geometrically double sided (some thickness) so each side can have either a different material applied, or the same material with each side having different UV's to suit displaying the correct portion of an image that contains both sides.

You can use Mix material for the page plane with the 'Amount' set to Side. Material1 front, Material2 back. (C4D ver 2.25 R3)

you can use a Mix Texture node in diffuse pin of your material or a Mix Material between two different page materials, with the Polygon Side node in the amount of the Mix Texture or Material node.
