Hi guys,
Not sure if anyone's experienced this before but I launched a batch render from within Maya's GUI and was ok until a point in timeline when all frames from that point on didn't quite update correctly.
Specifically, I had a character that didn't get updated on each frame where strangely only the torso of the character's rig wasn't updating, so I was getting all sorts of crazy poses in rendered animation.
Rendering IPR was fine on the same frames in same Maya session.
Took me ages to try find the problem but in the end I had to render thru Backburner's interface and was all ok, no changes made to scene.

I'm wondering if anyone has seen this kind of behaviour before and maybe reasons why it happened.
It will likely pop up again as I'm in middle of large project using same assets and render setups throughout many scenes.
Could it be issue with Octane not sending data correctly to Maya's batch render?
Never seen this before with other renderers. Very odd.

Perhaps some wrong "Movable proxies" animation mode setups?.. What animation mode was set in Octane settings during this batch rendering?
As in "Movable proxies" animation mode only the geometry set as "Movable proxy" will be updated every frame, all other will stay untouched...

I'm just using "Full" animation mode in Octane settings.
It's just odd behaviour that I cant explain.
The odd thing is that when rendering thru Backburner, which is essentially just launching command line batch renders, it is fine. Can't explain why it's different when launching batch renders thru Maya's GUI.

For some reason it seems to just stop updating frames properly at frame 500 I think.
Scene has 3 referenced rigs, all same but slightly modified skin vertices.
One rig is not updating correctly after about frame 500, but other 2 rigs update and render correctly.
Strange.

I cant give you scene file at this stage to have a look

Camera animation and other mesh objects animated in scene are all ok too.

Yes, the scene file would be helpful to catch this issue, thank you.
