Hey guys,
i've got an idea, i would like to have a shadow catcher for compositing 3d objects in the background picture. This would be really cool, you could make a ground plane under the object and it just gets shown there where the shadows are. But i don't know if there are many problems with things like that but i think for many people it could be useful.
so lets see what the future brings to octane=)

For now I do this manualy by creating a simple plan under whaterver I want to get its shadows in composoting, and make its material either diffuse or glossy for either shadows only or shadows with reflection.
