I redid the materials for "OCTANE" to this splendid model of "Stonemason" to test the lights of "Octane" outdoors. I am astounded by the rendering time, just a couple of minutes for this frame! But still I did not understand how to use both one Hdri map and a sunlight. it is possible to use both?
I use C4d Plugin.

Sorry, no this is not currently possible. The only way is to blend them both in post.

Thanks
Chris.

Thanks for the reply. is a function that you insert in the next update? Is possible to use a hdri for reflections and GI and simulate sunlight, perhaps with a strong directional light source so that projects "shadows"? as would the sun?
