Seems you don't have enough GPU memory.
what does octane error log say?

often it happens to me too on the third GPU of my second workstation. 4xGTX680 4GB
I don't know if it's a problem of Asus bios, Windows 7 or Nvidia drivers.
It happens only on long and large renders (3000x3000 pixels)

temp is 65-74 degrees
