Cool stuff.
I particularly like "proba4.png" with the depth of field and lens flare.
It would be great to see an animated fly-through of the city!

Really nice city, I love those renders, now to make things more complicated ;) how about you add some texture controled emitters in those windows and make a nice night shot of your city? that would look awesome!
