Hey all,
This one is pretty straightforward, in 2.3 I can't get the camera to rotate. I tried a couple different mice, mighty mouse and microsoft intelipoint, tried deleting drivers for mouse and reinstalling.... and it doesn't work. The scroll wheel zooms, and I can pan while pressing shift, but that's it. It doesn't to matter which navigation preset is being used.
I am on a Mac Pro, 4,1, running Windows 7 with a GTX 470, and have the 256 whql driver (something like that anyway) installed. I can't get the regular version until business hours resume (I just bought the license and haven't activated yet), so I don't know if this problem exists in that version for me, but the camera operates normally in the current demo version so I assume it's fine in the current stable version as well. Thanks.

I'm having the same problem. At first i thought that it was a import problem but after a while i found that if you go to the preferences and load a different preset for the viewport controls and re-load the octane render viewport preset again the problem is gone.

probably the settings got corrupted or changed with our first release,
as mentioned above, just selecting the 'octane render' preset in the controls of the preferences panel should solve the issue for good.

It's all set in v. 4 intermediate. It didn't work initially but I changed the navigation in the presets to "octane render" and it was fine. I tried different presets before to no avail, so I'm not sure if I just did something different or if the program changed. But it works perfectly now. Thanks.
Hi ! For my own, on Windows7x64, I can rotate and move the camera slowly, but the Multiplier key is not active (CTRL by default).

French Blender user - CPU : intel Quad QX9650 at 3GHz - 8GB of RAM - Windows 7 Pro 64 bits. Display GPU : GeForce GTX 480 (2 Samsung 2443BW-1920x1600 monitors). External GPUs : two EVGA GTX 580 3GB in a Cubix GPU-Xpander Pro 2. NVidia Driver : 368.22.
Sorry to dredge up an old thread but I seem to be having similar difficulties with 2.3v5 under Ubuntu 64. Blender presets won't work. Octane presets work fine.
Playing around with it, I am able to use the Octane presets and then manually set everything to Blender settings and it will then use the Blender settings just fine. But you can't get there with the Blender presets.
Also, the CTRL and ALT keys won't work for the multiplier. Not sure its a surprise for ALT, but I expected CTRL to work.
