Error on C4D Startup - 'Octane dll cannot loaded from'

I just installed the integrated plugin (Beta 0.72B Demo) and when I start Cinema4D, the load screen displays the attached error message. Clicking OK proceeds to crash Cinema, which will not launch until the Octane plugin is removed from the Plugins folder. Anyone know how to fix this?

This seems to often be a plugin conflict, do you have Turbulence FD installed? That caused this crash for me.

A way round it was to copy Octane.dat and octane.dll into C4D's root directory- though this made it work for me it felt much more stable when I uninstalled TFD (I only had the demo installed)

Thanks Poke! I do have TurbulenceFD installed... The copy+paste of the .DLL and .DAT files fixed the issue.

Just bare in mind that those files shouldn't be in the root so you may get some stability issues. Its a cludge at best.

I think Aoktar is working on a fix so that Octane and Turbulence FD play nice...
