"OctaneRender is not activated!"

Hi,

I've been trying to run Octane in Maya but havent been able to do anything cause it keeps telling me Octane is not activated.

I have installed Octane standalone 1.2. It is activated and working fine!

Can anybody help me? How do I activate the Octane plugin in Maya?
I am on windows 7 using bootcamp.

I take it you have entered your Maya license here: http://render.otoy.com/manuals/Maya/?page_id=16 ?
If so then try de-activating the plugin license from the customer area and re-activating in about 15min.
