Just wanted to share a story and a render.

The company i work for is working on a job where we needed to be able to render a McLaren P1 photoreal. My co-worker was tasked with the job of generating some images for style frame use, and he was struggling with making it look sexy and still renderable. Our Art director wanted to be able to pick the angles and tweak the colors.

So I asked if I could mess around with it a little and see if I could come up with something. Within 20 mins the scene was ready to go and the render time was so quick we could iterate different versions within minutes. My art director looked over my shoulder and picked the angles and the colors and everyone was happy. No Rendering then sending the frames off, then hearing that the angle was not exactly what was wanted and having to re-render.

These are by no means incredible renders, but illustrate how quickly one can work with Octane.
Enjoy

I used the awesome Carbon fiber material. Thank to whoever made that :)
DL 4 probably 2 min render time.
