This rendering is done with the Archicad plugin and the preview is rendered 217 s/px with PT kernel using fog material.
If the endresult is worth it I'll post the fully rendered image.

This "Van Gogh's Sunflowers 21st Century" is still rendering and probably needs lot of rendertime to hopefully get noiseless
