object buffer displace problem

HI all ,

i'm working now on Kitchen scene from Aoktar ( thanx to him for shared it ) :P
and i'm encountering some issues about object buffer, as you can see on the picture when i render it
with compositing tag in AR , there is a mismatch with the alpha and the difuse , a little displace , can some one could tell me what will be the process to make it match thks all !!!

Hi,

You can use the material ID pass in the deep channel rendering; and then the color picker in After Effects to create the matte. It should be ok.

ok , thks ! that is a good way to make my object buffer out , but still just wondering if there is a possibility or not to render out object by object ??? with black and white color ?? will it be include in the next beta ?

I second bphoton's request for true object buffers.

The main downside of the current workflow is that it is based on materials rather than on objects. If I have two objects with the same material, I need to make a duplicate of that material in order to get a different material ID.

We have had success using the standard buffer multipass procedure for our Octane renders.

But to save time, we have been creating a different file with no textures for OB's and AO using the standard C4D engine. This way can team render those passes super fast.

In the picture above, it looks like the OB is just on the cap of those items. Could be wrong.
