Hi everyone. During some time off I had play with an idea based on the concept image by Jake Parker. Lightwave and Octane.

Top notch work on the robot. My only critique would be that the flower and metal ring could be improved. The concept had a flower with much more character. Try replacing the 'rose' with either a Marigold or a really exotic flower of your own design. The flower looks plastic at the moment and the ring is too high and/or could use more detail.

Thanks everyone. It felt like a bit of a waste to just build him and not make him move so here's a quick animation. Took longer to think of something he could do than to animate it!! Lightwave and Octane, After effects for the scanning and rays effect.
