Hi everyone,
I am uploading a recent render made for a client. The parquet floor has been added in postproduction due to my client's request.

Render time: 2h50m at 2000x1300
Render Kernel: Direct4
Lights: HDRI + ies lights (though I should have chosen a different ies spectrum, this is too strong)
Postproduction: floor added; noise removed with NikFilters

Hope you'll like it :)
Thanks for watching,
Marco

Nicely done although it looks a little odd with the combination of night lighting inside and the daylight outside.

Thanks Pixelrush... However (on my screen at least) the outside light doesn't look like daylight but evening/dawn atmosphere, so the interior lights fit quite well with the scene. But I could be wrong :) Thanks

Hi Marco,
I like the visual and thanx dor sharing info.
I am always a bit confused (and probably too scared) about hdr/images when it comes to cc/licences,
My first language is not UK and I am not sure whether to use them or not when doing work for clients.
Probably I can, but I just do not understand it.
Like in your example at hdrlabs they say:
"Attribution — You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor (but not in any way that suggests that they endorse you or your use of the work).
Noncommercial — You may not use this work for commercial purposes."
Can you or someone explain what this means.
Is mentioning the source on my webiste good enough for the attribution. (it is not possible to mention it on every render made)
Or do they mean aomething else?
And is commercial only like selling, but we can use it for background in rendering in works for clients that pay?
