How to move hdri map ?

I have a problem and don't know how to solve it: just want to move a hdri dome a little bit down, to not see black part (I only want to see everything above horizon). Please reffer to the picture below to see how it looks now. Thanks for help!

In OR you can move the hdr background up and down shown as in attachement.
Or do you mean in seperately software to change the hdr image itself?

It is rotation only but I want to move it in Y axis down or up, is it possible ?
Anyway I preffer not to change hdri in Photoshop, so this is why I am asking for it here.

Also when I rotate in Y it creates empty hole in zenit point of hdri map (image below).

Did you check to see whether their is black pixels contained in your image file in Photoshop. If not then this is likely a bug.

it is not black pixels problem - because it scales up when I rotate it more and more.
Can't check it now - when I come back to home will try it once again.

Added: Checked it once again and it just works this way.
